Terms of Service

1. Service

Careerzilla provides software for job-search setup, matching, resume and cover letter drafting, saved application materials, and human-reviewed application workflows. We sell software access only. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring decisions, income, or any other external outcome.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account and billing information and be able to enter into a contract in your location. You are responsible for your account, credentials, content, and activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions And Payment

Paid monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. One-time campaign purchases provide access for the campaign window and application total shown at checkout. Before payment, Stripe Checkout shows the plan, billing interval when applicable, price, currency, applicable taxes, total amount, and available payment methods.

You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout. If payment fails, access may be limited, suspended, or cancelled until billing is resolved.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or stated during checkout, access continues until the end of the current paid period.

5. Refunds And Credits

We do not provide standard refunds after purchase or renewal once access has been delivered. The service includes usage-based costs, so full refunds can create costs that cannot be recovered.

We review refund requests case by case for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, payment processor errors, verified unauthorized account activity, legal requirements, or other situations we decide are appropriate. When approved, we may provide a prorated refund or an account credit instead of a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, attack or disrupt systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, abuse automation, submit unlawful content, or create risk for Careerzilla, other users, employers, or third-party platforms.

7. User Content And AI Output

You keep ownership of content you submit. You allow Careerzilla to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service. AI-assisted output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you are responsible for reviewing it before using it outside the service.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on Stripe, hosting providers, analytics systems, AI providers, email providers, job platforms, and other infrastructure. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, outages, limits, and geographic availability. Measurement and advertising-provider use is described in the Privacy Policy and privacy choices.

9. Suspension And Changes

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or operational reasons. We may update these terms by posting a revised version. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careerzilla is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
